Great app for searching and browsing real estate. It's intuitive. Works as you expect it should. 4 stars only because it has closed on me several times after heavy use.
This application helps with searching in certain areas... requested price ranges... #bedrooms, etc. I use it several times daily. You can also map the home and look up nearby schools and also crime statistics... and much more. I would recommend this application if looking for a new house or even just dreaming for a new house. Awesome!
Its good I guess but its not updates enough! Almost everything that I have as to see is sold or no longer on the marker or the description isn't correct. Nice to pass time and get ideas for when you fine a home to buy! Pleas update and enter accurate information.... mom, family with 6.
New version is a bit better in GPS use but still actively uses GPS when viewing home details and no map view is present. Another issue I have is that the GPS is constantly active when viewing a map. I imagine it would only be necessary to use for a few moments when the user clicks the "my location" button. Everything else is just data on a map that probably shouldn't require GPS to find. Seems like the app could be a lot more efficient that it currently is...
I like the new updates! however please work on getting the bugs out as far as when I turn my camera sideways the picture does not enlarge at all. Why fix what isn't broken to begin with! will give a better rating when this is fixed.
